Terms and Conditions:


These Terms and Conditions of use govern our relationship with all My Glit users and others who
interact with My Glit.
Access to My Glit website and the mobile applications, services, features, content, applications or
widgets offered by My Glit is subject to these Terms and Conditions of Use. You should carefully
read these Terms and Conditions of Use. By proceeding further, using or accessing My Glit
(including all mobile applications, services, features, content, applications or widgets offered by My
Glit) you will be deemed to have accepted them. By accessing, viewing, downloading or otherwise
using My Glit or any webpage available through My Glit or any mobile application, service, feature,
content, application or widget offered by My Glit, any information provided as part of the My Glit
services, or any related emails, newsletters or services (hereinafter collectively My Glit or the
Services ), or by clicking Register with My Glit during the registration process, you conclude a
legally binding agreement with Gratitude India, Mumbai ( My Glit ) based on the Terms and
Conditions of Use of this My Glit User Agreement ( Agreement ) and become a My Glit User
( User ).
Your privacy is very important to us. We designed our Privacy Policy to make important disclosures
about how you can use My Glit to share with others and how we collect and can use your content
and information. We encourage you to read the Privacy Policy, and to use it to help make informed
decisions. You should read the My Glit Terms and Conditions of Use in conjunction with the My
Glit Privacy Policy.



1. DEFINITIONS

1. By My Glit we mean the platform, platform features, services, applications and
search facilities we make available, including through (a) the My Glit website at
www.myglit.com and any other My Glit branded or co-branded websites (including
mobile applications, sub-domains, international versions, widgets, applications and
mobile versions); (b) our Platform; and (c) other media, software, devices, or networks
now existing or later developed.
2. By Us , We and Our we mean: Gratitude India Manpower Consultants Pvt Ltd,
508 Palm Spring Complex, Link Road, Malad W, Mumbai 400064, India; our
employees, directors and shareholders. My Glit is owned by Gratitude India Manpower
Consultants Pvt. Ltd.
3. By Platform we mean the My Glit Platform (including mobile applications) and a set
of APIs and services that enable applications, developers, operators or services,
including RSS feeds, to retrieve data from My Glit or provide data to us.
4. By Information we mean facts and other information about you, including any
information you supply to My Glit e.g. telephone number and also any actions you take.
5. By Content we mean anything you post on My Glit including any location
information that would not be included in the definition of information.
6. By Data we mean content and information that third parties can retrieve from My Glit
or provide to My Glit.

7. By Post we mean post on My Glit or otherwise make available to us (such as by using
an application).
8. By Use we mean use, access, view, download, upload, copy, publicly perform or
display, distribute, modify, translate, and create derivative works of.
9. By Users we mean a User(s) who is/are not registered with the My Glit Platform and
we mean a User(s) who is/are registered with the My Glit Platform.
10. By Application we mean any application or website that uses or accesses the My Glit
Platform, as well as anything else that receives data.
11. By Services we mean searching for User Profiles on the My Glit Platform and
advertising updates and services along with My Glit products, My Glit software, My
Glit services, mobile applications and the My Glit website.
12. Premium Services may include transactional based services or subscription products
which a user opts in to purchase from My Glit. Premium Services may include, but
not be limited to, the job post creation, notification of jobs created on the platform,
formation, designing, storage, management, sharing and linking of media and/or
document files (including, but not limited to text, user comments, messages,
information, data, graphics, photographs, images, illustrations, animations, software,
audio and video, also collectively known as the Content ). In addition Premium
Services may include the provision of a domain name, as selected by the user. Please
note that part of the Services (or special features) may be provided only to Users who
subscribe for such Services and My Glit may charge fees for such Services. The
Services are provided by My Glit as is and My Glit assumes no responsibility for any
failure in providing the Services to the Users.
13. Premium Services are not available to users in Cuba, Iran, Sudan, Syria or North Korea.


2. ACCESSIBILITY AND AVAILABILITY OF ALL USER CONTENT AND
INFORMATION

1. We collect information in relation to Users. The information that we collect facilitates
the purpose of the My Glit Platform. Users are not required to register with the My Glit
Platform to access information on the My Glit Platform and as such My Glit may not
have any control over how Users use the information. In order to create a User Profile
on the My Glit Platform Users are required to register with the My Glit Platform.
2. When you add an application and use the My Glit Platform, your content and
information is shared with the application. We require applications to respect your
privacy settings, but your agreement with that application will control how the
application can use the content and information you share.
3. When you delete content, it is deleted in a manner similar to emptying the recycle bin
on a computer. However, you understand that removed content may persist in backup
copies for a reasonable period of time (but will not be available to others).
4. My Glit may change, suspend or discontinue any or all of the Services or any Content
for any reason, at any time, including the availability of any feature or part of the
Content at its sole discretion on notice to you where same relates to Premium Services.

My Glit may also impose limits on all or any of the Services or restrict your access to
parts or all of the Services without notice or liability.


3. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT SECURITY

1. You will not provide any false personal information on the My Glit Platform, or create
an account for anyone other than yourself without permission;
2. You will not use the My Glit Platform if you are under the age of 18;
3. If you are under eighteen (18), you may use My Glit Premium Services only with the
involvement of your parent or guardian.
4. You will not use the My Glit Platform if you are a convicted sex offender;
5. You will keep your User Profile details accurate and up-to-date;
6. You will not share your password, let anyone else access your account, or do anything
else that might jeopardize the security of your account;
7. You will not transfer your account to anyone without first getting our written
permission;
8. If you select a username for your account we reserve the right to remove or reclaim it if
we believe appropriate (such as when a trademark owner complains about a username
that does not closely relate to a Users actual name);
9. You are not a direct competitor of My Glit;
10. No User may copy, transfer or use any names, photos, links, text, data or other content
belonging to or posted by My Glit or its Users for the purpose of selling, engaging in,
marketing or promoting any other product or service. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses
of the Website, including collecting usernames, email addresses or other personally
identifiable information of registered Users by electronic or other means for the purpose
of sending unsolicited email, unauthorized framing of or linking to the Website or any
other use not expressly permitted in this Agreement, will be investigated and
appropriate legal action will be taken, including, without limitation, civil, criminal and
injunctive redress. In addition to the above restrictions, you may not authorize, enable
or otherwise grant to any other person, organization, company or business access to
your My Glit User Profile or other content uploaded on the Website for the purpose of
extracting such information or other content;
11. Each individual User Profile includes personal information about the User.
12. If you purchase any services that we offer for a fee, you agree to My Glit storing your
payment card information / payment processor information.
13. In respect to websites created on the My Glit Website and which have an external URL
(i.e. purchased as part of a Premium Service ) you will not be considered the owner of
such website. To remove any doubt, the identity of the person or entity that has paid My
Glit for the Premium Services shall not be considered by My Glit as creating any
ownership or other rights in or in relation to such website;

4. YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH MY GLIT

1. Your use of My Glit products, My Glit software, My Glit services, mobile applications
and the My Glit website (referred to collectively as the Services in this document and
excluding any services provided to you by My Glit under a separate written agreement)
is subject to the terms of a legal agreement between you and My Glit. My Glit means
Gratitude India Manpower Consultants Pvt Ltd, 508 Palm Spring Complex, Link Road,
Malad W, Mumbai 400064, India.
2. Accepting the Terms and Conditions of Use In order to use the My Glit Platform and
use the My Glit Services, you must firstly agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use.
You may not use the Services if you do not accept these Terms and Conditions of Use.
3. You can accept the Terms and Conditions of Use by:
1. Clicking to accept or agree to the Terms and Conditions of Use, where this
option is made available to you by My Glit in the User interface for any
Service; or
2. By actually using the Services. In this case, you understand and agree that My
Glit will treat your use of the Services as acceptance of the Terms and
Conditions of Use from that point onwards;

4. You may not use the Services and may not accept the Terms and Conditions of Use if
(a) you are not of legal age to form a binding contract with My Glit, or (b) you are a
person barred from receiving the Services under the laws of India or other countries
including the country in which you are resident or from which you use the Services, or
(c) if you are not 14 years or older;
5. My Glit is constantly innovating in order to provide the best possible experience for its
Users. You acknowledge and agree that the form and nature of the Services which My
Glit provides may change from time to time without prior notice to you;
6. As part of this continuing innovation, you acknowledge and agree that My Glit may
stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Services (or any features within the
Services) to you or to Users generally at My Glits sole discretion, without prior notice
to you. You may stop using the Services at any time. You do not need to specifically
inform My Glit when you stop using the Services;
7. You acknowledge and agree that if My Glit disables access to your account, you may
be prevented from accessing the Services, your account details or any files or other
content which is contained in your account;
8. You acknowledge and agree that My Glit may set a fixed upper limit on the number of
transmissions you may send or receive through the Services or on the amount of storage
space used for the provision of any service, such fixed upper limits can be set, can
change or can be removed by My Glit at any time, at My Glits discretion.

5. USE OF THE SERVICES BY YOU

1. All Users have access to all My Glit User Profiles. Users are not required to register
with My Glit to access the information that is posted to the My Glit website. In certain

instances Users have the option to register with My Glit. All Users agree that any
registration information you give to My Glit will always be accurate, correct and up to
date.
2. You agree to use the My Glit Platform only for purposes that are permitted by (a) the
Terms and Conditions of Use and (b) any applicable law, regulation or generally
accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions (including any laws
regarding the export of data or software to and from the country of India or other
relevant countries).
3. You agree not to access (or attempt to access) any of the Services by any means other
than through the interface that is provided by My Glit.
4. You agree that you will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the
Services (or the servers and networks which are connected to the Services).
5. You agree that you will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade or resell any of the
information on the My Glit Platform for any purpose.
6. You agree that you are solely responsible for (and that My Glit has no responsibility to
you or to any third party for) any breach of your obligations under the Terms and
Conditions of Use and for the consequences (including any loss or damage which My
Glit may suffer) of any such breach.
7. You agree that you will not send or otherwise post unauthorized commercial
communications (such as spam) on the My Glit Platform.
8. You will not collect Users content or information, or otherwise access the My Glit
Platform, using automated means (such as harvesting bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers)
without our permission.
9. You will not engage in unlawful multi-level marketing, such as a pyramid scheme, on
the My Glit Platform.
10. You will not upload viruses or other malicious code.
11. You will not solicit login information or access an account belonging to someone else.
12. You will not bully, intimidate, or harass any User.
13. You will not post content that is hateful, libellous, slanderous, defaming, threatening,
pornographic, or that contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence.
14. You will not communicate with My Glit users in any insinuating or sexual way
(suggestive or otherwise).
15. You will not develop or operate a third party application containing or advertise or
otherwise market alcohol-related or other mature content without appropriate age-based
restrictions.
16. You will not offer any contest, giveaway, or sweepstakes ( promotion ) on My Glit
without our prior written consent. If we consent, you take full responsibility for the
promotion, and will follow our Promotions Guidelines and all applicable laws.
17. You will not use the My Glit Platform to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious,
or discriminatory.
18. You will not do anything that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working
of the My Glit Platform, such as a denial of service attack.

19. You will not facilitate or encourage any violations of this Statement
20. If you elect to sign up for Premium Services with a domain name, you agree not to
register, traffic in, abuse or use a domain name with bad faith intent to profit from the
goodwill of a trademark belonging to someone else.
21. If you elect to sign up for Premium Services you agree not to transfer your Premium
Services Account to another member and to keep all passwords private and treat your
Premium Services account as per the terms in this agreement.

6. YOUR PASSWORDS AND ACCOUNT SECURITY

1. You agree and understand that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality
of passwords associated with your User account registration to use to access your User
Profile.
2. Accordingly, you agree that you will be solely responsible to My Glit for all activities
that occur under your account.
3. If you become aware of any unauthorised use of your password or of your account, you
agree to notify My Glit immediately.
4. Login details : My Glit will store the Users access details so that when a registered User
logs in and accesses the My Glit Platform My Glit may offer the User the option to
sync their contacts from a third party. My Glit will ask the User to consent to having
their contacts synced and the user can opt out of giving third parties thei consent.
5. My Glit reserves the right to remove, edit, move or close any account for any reason
and to suspend or ban any User account for any reason.
6. You understand that all information (such as data files, written text, computer software,
music, audio files or other sounds, photographs, videos or other images) which you may
have access to as part of, or through your use of, the Services are the sole responsibility
of the person from which such content originated. All such information is referred to
above as the Content .
7. You should be aware that Content presented to you as part of the My Glit search
facility, including but not limited to User Profiles, advertisements in the Services and
sponsored Content within the Services may be protected by intellectual property rights
which are owned by the sponsors or advertisers who provide that Content to My Glit
(or by other persons or companies on their behalf). You may not modify, rent, lease,
loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on this Content (either in whole or
in part) unless you have been specifically told that you may do so by My Glit or by the
owners of that Content, in a separate agreement.
8. My Glit reserves the right (but shall have no obligation) to pre-screen, review, flag,
filter, modify, refuse or remove any or all Content from any Service. For some of the
Services, My Glit may provide tools to filter out explicit sexual content. There are
commercially available services and software to limit access to material that you may
find objectionable.

9. You understand that by using the My Glit Platform you may be exposed to Content that
you may find offensive, indecent or objectionable and that, in this respect, you use the
My Glit Platform at your own risk.
10. You agree that you are solely responsible for (and that My Glit has no responsibility to
you or to any third party for) any Content that you create, transmit or display while
using the My Glit Platform and for the consequences of your actions (including any loss
or damage which My Glit may suffer) by doing so.

7. OTHER PEOPLES RIGHTS

1. We respect other people rights, and expect you to do the same.
2. You will not post content or take any action on the My Glit Platform that infringes or
violates someone else rights or otherwise violates the law.
3. My Glit can remove any content or information you post on the My Glit Platform if we
believe that it violates this Statement.
4. If you repeatedly infringe other people intellectual property rights, we will disable your
account when appropriate.
5. You will not use our copyrights or trademarks (including My Glit, the My Glit and
Gratitude Logos) or any confusingly similar marks, without our written permission.
6. If you collect information from Users, you will: obtain their consent, make it clear you
(and not My Glit) are the one collecting their information, and post a privacy policy
explaining what information you collect and how you will use it.
7. You should be aware that Content presented to you as part of the My Glit search
facility, including but not limited to User Profiles, advertisements in the Services and
sponsored Content within the Services may be protected by intellectual property rights
which are owned by the sponsors or advertisers who provide that Content to My Glit
(or by other persons or companies on their behalf). You may not modify, rent, lease,
loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on this Content (either in whole or
in part) unless you have been specifically told that you may do so by My Glit or by the
owners of that Content, in a separate agreement.
8. You will not post anyone identification documents or sensitive financial information on
the My Glit Platform.

8. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

1. You acknowledge and agree that My Glit owns all legal right, title and interest in and to
the My Glit Platform, including any intellectual property rights which subsist in the My
Glit Platform (whether those rights happen to be registered or not, and wherever in the
world those rights may exist).

2. You agree that nothing in the Terms and Conditions of Use gives you a right to use any
of My Glit trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, and other
distinctive brand features.
3. My Glit acknowledges and agrees that it obtains no right, title or interest from you (or
your licensors) under these Terms and Conditions of Use in or to any Content that you
submit, post, transmit or display on, or through, the Services, including any intellectual
property rights which subsist in that Content (whether those rights happen to be
registered or not, and wherever in the world those rights may exist). You agree that you
are responsible for protecting and enforcing those rights and that My Glit has no
obligation to do so on your behalf.
4. You agree that you shall not remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary rights notices
(including copyright and trademark notices) which may be affixed to or contained
within the My Glit Platform.
5. You agree that in using the My Glit Platform, you will not use any trademark, service
mark, trade name, logo of any company or organisation in a way that is likely or
intended to cause confusion about the owner or authorised User of such marks, names
or logos.

9. PROHIBITED CONTENT

This Section enumerates a non-exhaustive list of content you may in any event not make
available via My Glit (it being at the sole discretion of My Glit to decide whether certain
content is or is not permitted):
1. Content which is discriminatory as to appearance, race, religion, gender, culture, origin
or which can otherwise be called offensive;
2. Content which incites to violence against and/or harassment of another person or other
persons;
3. Content which leads to or is the result of exploitation or abuse of others;
4. Content which according to My Glit is contrary to public morality or good taste, is
violent or includes a link to pornographic material or pornographic websites, or
includes pornographic or erotic material;
5. Content which asks for personal data of minors and/or makes available personal data of
other persons;
6. Content which encourages or commits the performance of illegal activities;
7. Content which infringes intellectual property rights, privacy rights or any other rights of
My Glit or third parties;
8. Content which involves chain letters, junk mail or spamming and/or which asks for
passwords or other information leading back to persons for commercial or illegal
purposes;
9. Content which, without the prior written consent of My Glit, involves commercial
activity such as advertising, lotteries, contests or pyramid games;

10. Content which includes a photograph or likeness of another person without that persons
consent;
11. Content which infringes any law, regulation, bye-law, other applicable regulations or
these Terms and Conditions of Use.

10. PAYMENTS

Some of the Services ( Premium Services ) offered on the Website/App require payment of
fees on the terms below ( Payment Terms ).
1. If you elect to sign up for Premium Services, you shall pay all applicable fees, as
described on the Website in connection with such Premium Services selected by you.
You agree to pay the applicable fees for the Premium Services (including, without
limitation, periodic fees for upgrade accounts) as they become due plus all related taxes,
and to reimburse us for all collection costs. Your obligation to pay fees continues until
you cancel your subscription.
2. You acknowledge that My Glit Premium Services are subject to this Agreement and
any additional terms related to the provision of the Premium Services.
3. If you elect to sign up for Premium Services, you authorize My Glit directly or through
third parties, to make any inquiries it considers necessary to validate your account and
financial information that you provided while signing up for such Services.
4. Once you sign up for Premium Services My Glit Holdings Limited is entitled to collect
fees from Users in respect of the Premium Services, to process any payments and/or
refunds and/or take any billing actions as required in connection with the collection of
the fees on behalf of the Premium Services.
5. All fees related to using Premium Services are charged automatically using the payment
method as determined on the Website. If My Glit does not receive a request by the user,
for Premium Services termination you acknowledge and understand that My Glit will
continue to charge you for the Premium Services as long as your account remains active
regardless of whether the Premium Services are used or not.
6. If, at any time, you contact your bank or credit card company and decline or otherwise
reject the charge of any payable fees, this act will be considered a breach of your
obligation hereunder and your use of the Premium Services will be automatically
terminated. Your use of the Premium Services will not resume until you re-subscribe
for any such Premium Services.
7. If you want to use a different credit card or payment method, or if there is a change in
your credit card validity or expiration date, you may edit your information by accessing
your settings page. If your credit card reaches its expiration date, your continued use of
My Glit Premium services constitutes your authorization for us to continue billing that
credit card and you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts.
8. It is your responsibility to keep your contact information and payment information
current and updated.

9. Users purchasing Premium Services shall pay any and all prices and fees due for such
Services. All prices and fees are non-refundable unless otherwise expressly noted (and
without prejudice to your statutory rights), even if such Premium Services are
suspended, terminated, or transferred prior to the end of the Services term.
10. If your fee is not paid in a timely manner, or My Glit is unable to process your
transaction using the payment method provided, My Glit reserves the right to revoke
access to your Premium Services.
11. My Glit expressly reserves the right to change or modify its prices and fees at any time,
and such changes or modifications shall be posted online at the Website and effective
immediately without need for further notice to any user. My Glit has the right to adjust
prices by territory in order to allow for various taxes or other changes. Any charges or
modifications in prices and fees shall be effective when the Services in question are up
for renewal.
12. My Glit may change the fees and charges in effect, or add new fees and charges from
time to time, but we will give you advance notice on our website.
13. In order to ensure that you do not experience an interruption or loss of services, My Glit
offers an automatic renewal option for subscription products. The automatic renewal
option automatically renews the applicable service for a renewal period equal in time to
the original service period. For example, if your original service period is for one
month, your renewal period will be for one month. Your renewal date is available on
your settings page.
14. Unless you cancel your subscription, at the end of the initial term of the subscription.
My Glit will automatically renew the applicable service of the subscription products
and will take payment from the payment method you have on file with My Glit at My
Glit then current rates, which you acknowledge and agree may be higher or lower than
the rates for the original service period. In the event your Premium Services began on a
day not contained in a given month or year, My Glit will bill your payment method on
the last day of such month or year. For example if your Premium Services began on
January 31st, then February 28th is the next time your payment will be charged.
15. You may cancel your subscription from Premium Services prior to the automatic
renewal at any time before the renewal date. In such event the services shall be
discontinued upon the expiration of the respective period you have paid for and you
shall not have any claims towards My Glit in relation to the discontinuation of the
services.
16. It is your duty to notify us if you believe any unauthorized or otherwise problematic
transactions have taken place under your account. You agree to notify us immediately
in respect of same, so that we may take action to prevent financial loss. Unless you
submit the claim to us within 30 days after the charge, you will have waived, to the
fullest extent permitted by law, all claims against us arising out of or otherwise related
to the transaction.
17. If you make a payment on the My Glit site or the My Glit Platform (including mobile
applications) you agree to our Payments Terms.

11. SECURITY OF INFORMATION

At My Glit, we understand how important the security and confidentiality of your information
is to you. Keeping customer information secure is a top priority for My Glit. Even so, My Glit
cannot and does not guarantee the privacy or confidentiality of information relating to you that
passes over the Internet. In accessing this Website and in availing of any of the
services/information available on or via this Website, you are deemed by the Terms and
Conditions of Use to accept that electronic mail messaging and Internet communication may
not be free from interference by third parties and may not remain confidential. In all
circumstances the use by you of this Website is at your sole risk. You are solely responsible for
maintaining your User Profile information. Please be careful and responsible whenever you are
online. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot ensure or warrant that
it will be at all times secure from unauthorised use and you transmit to us at your own risk. You
can be assured that we have taken the necessary steps to protect your information by using
some of the latest technologies available. This enables you to transact with us online in
confidence.
